2-1-2009 World Junior Championships semifinals
World Junior Championships have reached semifinal stage. In the first semifinal on January 14th, Team USA will meet Team Slovakia . In the second clash, Team Russia will challenge Team Sweden. Winners from both games will meet on January 16th in the final game to decide the 2009 World Champion of icehockey.

Team USA has beaten Team Sweden in the final of the 2009 World Junior Championships.
